BENGALI SWEET CURD/YOGHURT [MISHTI DOI]
Hi! everyone, yesterday learn't this typical Bengali sweet dish from one of my friends. For bengalis this sweet dish is a must in every elaborate festival or celebration.
Ofcourse in Kolkata , it is readily available in every sweet-meat shop, so no one tries to make it at home.
But here thousands of miles away from home, we do crave for such things. While discussing mishti dahi with my friend, she gave me this easy way of making it. I added in a little of my touch also and it turned out to be so delicious. My earnest request to my viewers is, please do try it. One just cant go wrong with this dessert.........
