CHICKEN CHINESE STYLE

Hi friends- I tried this recipe this morning and it really was very simple and delicious. So why don't you also try it and enjoy licking your fingers. INGREDIENTS: 1. Boneless chicken breasts 300grms [cut into small cubes] 2. Soya sauce 3 tbsp 3. White wine 3tsp[optional] 4. Salt 1/2 tsp 5. Sugar 1/2 tsp 6. Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp 7. Roasted cashew nuts 16 pieces [cut in halves lengthwise] 8. Red chilli flakes 1 tsp 9. Garlic 3 tsp crushed 10. Cornflour 2 tsp [dissolved in 1tbsp water] 11. Cornflour 2 tsp dry 12. White oil for frying 13. Onion 1 [cut into thin rings] 14. Lemon 1 [cut in thin slices] METHOD: In a dish ,mix chicken,soya sauce,wine,salt, sugar and dry cornflour. Keep aside for 2 hrs. Put oil in a non -stick frying pan and heat. Fry the chicken till golden brown and soft.[fry in low heat.] Take out from oil. Leave 1 tsp oil in the pan and drain out the rest. MIXED SWEET CHUTNEY

Hi friends, I am back from my trip to India. So here I am again with my easy to make recipes. INGREDIENTS: 1. Ripe mango 1 medium size[pealed and cut in small cubes] 2. Seedless dates 2 cup [cut in small pieces] 3. Pineapple slices 3[ cut in cubes like mango] 4. Seedless grapes 2 cup [cut in half lengthwise] 5. Tomato 1 medium size [cut in small cubes] 6. Salt 1/2 tsp 7. Dry red chilli 2[crushed coarsely] 8. Cinnamon stick few small pieces 9. Bhaja masala 1 tsp [given in EMFBC] 10.Panch phoron 1 tsp 11. Sugar as per requirement 12. Kishmish 1/2 cup 13. Lemon juice 1/4 cup 14. White oil 2 tsp 15. Ginger crushed 1tbsp METHOD: Heat the oil in a non stick pan. Add the panch phoron,crushed red chillis ,ginger,cinnamon sticks and kishmish. Stir in low heat. Add the tomato,mango,pineapple,grapes and stir. Add the dates and salt.
