CHICKEN CHINESE STYLE

Hi friends- I tried this recipe this morning and it really was very simple and delicious. So why don't you also try it and enjoy licking your fingers.


INGREDIENTS:
1. Boneless chicken breasts 300grms [cut into small cubes]
2. Soya sauce 3 tbsp
3. White wine 3tsp[optional]
4. Salt 1/2 tsp
5. Sugar 1/2 tsp
6. Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
7. Roasted cashew nuts 16 pieces [cut in halves lengthwise]
8. Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
9. Garlic 3 tsp crushed
10. Cornflour 2 tsp [dissolved in 1tbsp water]
11. Cornflour 2 tsp dry
12. White oil for frying
13. Onion 1 [cut into thin rings]
14. Lemon 1 [cut in thin slices]

METHOD:
In a dish ,mix chicken,soya sauce,wine,salt, sugar and dry cornflour.
Keep aside for 2 hrs.
Put oil in a non -stick frying pan and heat.
Fry the chicken till golden brown and soft.[fry in low heat.]
Take out from oil.
Leave 1 tsp oil in the pan and drain out the rest.
Add the roasted cashew nuts,red chilli flakes,garlic and onion rings.
Stir in low heat for a while.
Add the fried chicken pieces,ajinomoto and dissloved corn flour.
Stir and fry till dry.
Serve hot garnished with lemon slices.

PS:This recipe is a good starter and goes very well with cocktails.
